I bought a mattress from sleeps in may of 2007, sleepng on the mattress i started to see that it was sagging on one side but i thought i was crazy cause the mattress was 2 months old then my family and friends started to say my bed was lopsided by this time it was 8months old so i called sleepys they came and i was told to go pick out another mattress , so i went and was going to get the same mattress that i was happy with i had bought it 4 yrs ago the sales man talked me out of it telling me that this matress was better and that he was going to give me the newer more improved model,
well the matress was delivered the end of febuary, and 2 months later i was in the same boat , mattress was sagging again called sleepys they sent the inspector waited for reply and of course it was up to mamufactures standard i called them spoke to supervisier she said i shold go to pick out another mattress and pay employee's prices , did she think i would give sleepys more money i think not i will never give them another dime if i have to go to court i will ,
my next step is to the t.v i am waiting on consumer affairs i called sleepys and again they sent the inspector and again the mattress is up to manufactures standards but guess what sleepys the manufacture did not pay $ 2,300.00 and it is not up to my standards i am the one sleeping on this defective mattress and my back is killing me if nothing is done within 30 days i will retain a lawyer, i think we all should call help me howard maybe he can help?
