Smartfax Scam online fax company Internet

I realized my computer did not have the ability to send and receive faxes so went online to try a company. I found Smartfax and signed up for their FREE no risk one month trial. After trying to send one fax I relaized it was not going to work out.

The capcha they require you to use was unreadable and they delete all your work if you get it wrong which I did 3 times. To send one fax it took over 30 minutes. My second fax failed and took just s long even though I got the Capcha correct. I knew then and there that I wanted to cancel.

I went to my welcome email from them the same DAY and clicked on a link provided by them. This first link lead to a 404-dead link. The second link that was suppossed to allow me to cancel lead to a sign in page were after signing in demanded you press the "chat button" to cancel. WELL THERE IS NO CHAT BUTTON!!!

So then I call. After being on hold a long while 5 min I get a non English speking person that asked all sorts of questions in order for me to cancel. She FOUND the acct but insisted I answer stupid questions which at the moment I was not prepared to do. So I hung up and here I am.

I wouldn't trust them.
