I contacted Smartfax to see what the monthly archive fee is for. They said its for storing inbox faxes over 30 days old. The monthly storage fee has avg. $15.00 for the past 12 months. I should have looked closer at my montlhy bill.

Smartfax said this Archive fee was disclosed at the time I signed up for the account. I only send 5-10 faxes per month and have been paying an avg. monthly bill of $24.00 instead of the $6.95. I contact Customer Service (who appears to be oversees, I was unable to fully understand what she was saying) to request a clarification and a possible refund. I was told that this fee was disclosed and the time I signed up for account and no refund will be issued.

I'm done with Smartfax!!!!!
