Software Empire DBA Info Technology Solutions I have repeatedly asked for a refund, but cannot hear from them. Clearwater Florida

I ordered software for Microsoft Windows 7.  I could no get it to download, so I took my computer to a local Office Depot tech.  The tech at Office Depot had problems too and we both tried calling their 800 number.  No one EVER answered our calls, the closest we got to a human was their automated voice mail that instructed to leave a message, which was NEVER returned.  The tech informed me and then I informed software empire that the key code they provided was invalid.  Software empire, always communicating through e-messages, and always with one sentence, said I needed to contact Microsoft for the correct  key code/method to properly download.  After telling sofware empire that I paid them for the valid key code I have had no futher communication from them.  I have asked for a refund several times but have had no response.
