SOFTWARE EMPIRE AWFUL SERVICE, AWFUL PRODUCT CLEANWATER FLORIDA

I recently purchased Microsoft Office Home & Student 2013, download version from SOFTWARE EMPIRE.  First it would NOT download; once downloaded It would not open... After 2 or 3 installation attempts, I was finally able to open it.  The very first time I opened a Word doc, a message asking me to register MS OFFICE.  I was unable to do it, as it took several days to received a license code. After I received it, I tried to register it, using the license code I had received. I was unable to do it.   

I have made every attempt under the sun to try to register the product, to no avail.   I've asked for assistance, to no avail.  I have tried to communicate with these people by phone, they're NEVER available. Always busy.  I tried LIVE CHAT, and the person on the other side gave me a generic answer, which DID NOT WORK.   

I am tired of asking for help on registering my product, and I don't get an answer. I'm unable to speak with a human being. they just don't respond.  I don't know what to do, other than ask for a refund; but have not been able to speak with anyone there.   

I'm very, very disapponted, as I have spent numerous hours trying to make contact, and been UNABLE to do it.

VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED...
