I was searching for Windows Office suite and purchased from this site. It seemed too good to be true and turned out to be just that. They took my card info and then sent me an email with the download site with a promise that they would email the license key "within an hour". That was 5 days ago.
I called three times over the last few days and each time I tried to speak with the company I was routed to a voicemail with a promise that someone would return my call "within an hour." See a trend forming...? I sent emails asking for the license key and finally sent an email stating that if I didn't get the key "within one hour" I would tell my bank to dispute the charge and refund my payment. Of course I received no call, email or license key so I did a search and discovered another report about this company on Ripoffreport site.
This Rip-off Report said that in addition to no customer service, there was unauthorized access to the buyer's bank account after the purchase. I quickly called my bank and forwarded a request for a disputed charge and sadly, a new card. This happened before the weekend and I have no access to my bank account and I have $1 in my wallet right now. I should have checked the company out first, before my purchase, and I would have avoided the replacement of my card and the hassle of dealing with an unscrupulous business.
I will check out any new purchases that seem too good to be true BEFORE the purchase

Our system generates the product keys automatically upon order through Microsoft. Once your order is placed there is a section where you are asked what country you live in. Once you enter your location Microsoft provides you the 800 number along with the necessary numbers for activation. The product key is attached in the confirmation email you received. We are here as a support if you still need additional help beyond the phone activation or just have any other general questions.
At times we come across a product key in which we need to replaced. Once we are notified by the customer we do our best to try and resolve the issue immediately.
In regards to you not being able to reach us. On our website under "about us" is our address, phone number, email address and hours of operation. You can email us 24/7 and/or leave a voice message for a technician after hours and one will promptly return your call during business hours.
