Software Empire Ordered Word 7, downloaded it, product key # didn't work, called weekly, automated phone system non-existent. Email address also not available. Clearwater Internet

I ordered Microsoft Word 7 program from Software Empire on May 27, 2015. 

I was able to download it, but when they sent the product key # it wouldn't work. 

They stated that if the internet action didn't work then I could use the automated phone system, which was nowhere to be found. 

I tried calling them several times a week but only received a recorded message. 

There was no way to leave feedback.  I have continued to try and call them but with the same results.  I have even looked everywhere on the internet to find an email address to no avail. 

I paid $55 for the program which seemed like a really good idea at the time!  NOT!!

In regards to your statement about the product key not working, Microsoft generates these product keys for use to use and provide to you. Once your order is placed there is a section where you are asked what country you live in. Once you enter your location Microsoft provides you the 800 number along with the necessary numbers for activation. The product key is attached in the confirmation email you received. We are here as a support if you still need additional help beyond the phone activation or just have any other general questions.

In regards to you not being able to reach us. On our website under "about us" is our address, phone number, email address and hours of operation. You can email us 24/7 and/or leave a voice message for a technician after hours and one will promptly return your call during business hours.
