Southwest Airlines False Advertising and Horrible Service Nationwide Texas

Southwest Airlines advertises no change plane trips.  They are NOT no change plane trips.  I flew from Kansas City to Phoenix and then on to Orange County California.  Once we arrived in Phoenix we were supposed to simply remain on the plane.  This did not happen.

After the plane landed in Phoenix we were forced to change planes.  As we left the plane we were told we would have priority boarding.  Lie!  When we got to the plane we had to change to we were the last ones on the flight and were forced to take what was left which was only the middle seats.  

I paid $90 more to get a flight that didn't require a plane change.  I got screwed!  Also, there was no mechanical problem.  Southwest simply didn't want to fly a plane that wasn't full.

Finally the plane was late on every leg of the trip and the stewardesses were rude as all H___!!
