Stanley Warranty claim denied Englewood Cliffs New Jersey

I placed a claim in June 2013 for an A/C repair. After 2 weeks not being able to find a repairman StanleyWarranty authorized me to use a local repairman. i was told to have the repairman talk to the agent to get authorization to complete the repair.

The agent (Noah) okayed the repair for  $310. I submitted the bill via email to Stanley Warranty as requested. They said it would take 30 days to receive my refund.

I called 30 days later to follow up on my claim and they said my claim was never received, so I resent it, and it would take another 30 days to process. 30 days later I called again.

I was told Noah left the company and there was no record of him giving authorization for the repair. the person I talked to was Jeff, who said he was an owner of the company and he would deny my claim based on the fact rhat Noah did not leave any record of his authorization for the claim.

I have cancelled my contract with the company and am out $310. This  is a fraudulant company beware.
