I started looking for a Home Warranty for my appliances and found this company named Stlanley Home Warranty.  Their web-site shows well done job, so I expected to be a good decent company also their promotion sounded great at the time.  I called and spoke to the customer service representative, his name is Anderawis who setup the account up, I signed the contract over the phone with him on April 18, 2013 and was told my credit card won’t be charged until effective date (a month from the date I signed with them which will be May 18, 2013) but sadly I found this charge immediately appears on my credit card as soon as I hanged up with him, I was told that also I will receive the contract within a week. Days passed, weeks passed and it was 30 days and I finally I received a letter from them to let me know my policy number and other related information different that we were already talked about.

After 30 days passed, I called for the first claim, and as they stated some claims with the heat or air conditioning system are urgent matter and takes maximum 24 hours to get response, I called Tuesday May 28, they said I have to file a claim online to explain everything and also to get claim number, I did and received confirmation and I did not hear anything yet, I called and called trying to reach alive decent person to help me out and hear any positive answer, but nothing, I went online again to file another claim on May 31, 2013 but I received another confirmation number different than the first one, instead of showing that this claim is duplicated as other well respected companies, I tried again over the phone different times and I had two days off from my work plus the weekend (four days total) trying to reach anyone during business hours or after that even the emergency number BUT nothing changed

I decided to call my credit card company to dispute this charge and investigate this situation and considered a fraud and now there an open case to investigate and refund me my money and cancel this bogus service.

Can someone help me and tell me this is not run out of garage or is not a fraud establishment. I see Bad reviews on BBB and unfortunately they still practicing their fraud and get other victims.

You might want to check and see if your policy allows for early policy claims. Sometimes your insurance IGHT have a time limit before they can actually put in for a claim. Sometimes its 60 days after the policy has started. I only bring this up because you are simply one person putting in your claim, against how many other ppl who would have filed a claim before you did. Your claim MIGHT have been put on the back burner because.....

A. You policy doesnt allow for claims until a set period of time has passed.

B. There is a larger then normal amount of claim requests and they are working towards getting to your claim.

Remember these are people you are dealing with, not fixtures that are plugged in. ppl can make mistakes. If there is some problem with your policy, do you really think they are going to want to tell you?? Especially if your not the nicest person in the world on the phone. Have a little patience. Continue trying to work the problem. AND BE NICE!!!!! I cant stress that last part enough. If your a raging jackass on the phone, demanding to speak with a supervisor because you dont like the answer your getting, you WILL NOT GET THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! These are ppl with lives and feelings. Ask yourself this,"How would you feel if all day you had to put up with ppl like you?" You get a more positive response by treating the person on the other side of the line LIKE A PERSON, and not your personal whipping post because youre unhappy.

FYI. ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES HAVE TO ANSWER TO A REGULATIONS AND DISIPLINARY BOARD. This varies state to state but you need to research this online.
