Straight Talk Double Charge Miami Florida

I would doubled charged, once on the 20th, and again on the 21st. I spend hour on the phone, the lady I talked to could barley speak or understand english, and kept saying to was waiting for her tools. She told me she saw the double charge but did nothing about it. I eventually had to contact my credit card company to remove the second charge, which they did, and for that they deactivated my service. So now I have to remove the first charge on the 20th since I payed for a month I'm not getting. I spoke again with Straight Talk again,

and they said they saw the double charge, but would not reactivate my service till I got my credit card company to pay them back for the fraudulent second charge. I did an internet search for "straight talk double charge" and there are many others who they have done this too. I don't think it was an accident, and I think they will continue to do this till more people speak up about their terrible experiences with this company of thieves. I will be posting a picture of the double charge from my credit card, so you can see for yourself. I blacked out my full name, but everything else is there.
