I bought a new straight talk last weekend and when i called to get my number transferred,they transferred someone else's number to my brand new phone.

They claimed that they couldn't deactivate and reactivate the SIMS card that came with my new phone and they'd have to send a new one.

Meanwhile, the person that was using the number that got transferred is now without a phone.

New SIMS card for the person whose number i now have comes in today and the idiots REACTIVATE my new phone with her number again. Which i was told couldn't be done.

Now the lady has to have another new SIMS card sent to her. All the while they claim nothing can be done.

Its been nothing but a hassle over something as simple as transferring a number. You can't even get an American that speaks PLAIN English.

I don't know if they'll ever get this crap figured out and its beyond frustrating.
