Well I should have come here first to check their credibility, but I didn't. We sent a money order to this company on March 5 2007 they called on March 8, for more questions, we waited and waited still no part, I called them several times and threatened them with small claims, they called back saying they found some parts but were damaged and would be sending a "new" one out of Utah. they told me that on April 2, 2007. Still no part, I called for a tracking number, they don't have one from the company in Utah, I asked for the name of the company in Utah and they won't tell me. they said the name of the manager is John Bardino
I will be contacting the Police Dept in their town. I believe this is criminal fraud. I have asked several times for my money back. I believe they need to be shut down and put out of business. They have not offered to send my money back yet. they keep asking for more time. They can not find the part but they keep answering inquiries for the same part on the Junk Yard Dog parts locator site...hmmmm. I hope they respond to this, I want my hard earned money back. we can not use our pickup till we have this part.

Hi Kathy-
I know it has been a while and you received a refund There are five businesses located at this same address. S & J Auto Parts was owned by John Bardino, who robbed my daughter of $6,000 using the same M.O describe by all victims here. John Bardino robbed people blind, declared Bankruptcy and is now running Thoroughbred AutoParts doing it to people all over again and also under . Bardino Motors is also located at the exact same address and owned by Charles J. Bardino. I wonder what the "J" stands for... could it be "John"? Charles Bardino has, registered in his name, a 27 ft. yacht named 'EMPTY POCKETS.' (see for yourself at: boatinfoworld.com/registration.asp?vn=70314 )
I STRONGLY encourage you to take a few moments to file a report with the FBI internet crimes division. I will include that information, directly from the FBI,. for your convenience.

It will be an official record, and you will receive a complaint number via email. From there, the IC3 will forward your complaint to the
appropriate investigative agency for action. The creation of IC3 is an innovative and successful solution for citizens to have their complaints expeditiously addressed.

#1 We deal in and our customers buy USED parts. Sometimes they turn out to be no good and we try to find them for our customers elsewhere. As far as why this customer is still getting an answer is simple, just because the part was not available then does not mean it might not have been available again teh following da. Inventory changes on a regular basis. Sometimes daily. We have no knowledge that the police were involved, so I must assume they were not.

well about 2 hours after I posted this and contacted the New York State police for them to be investigated, they called me to tell me they were sending me a check for the amount I sent them. Too little too late, I really wanted the part but not going to wait forever for them. I will post when I get the check and if it is good.
