I ordered two rear motor window regulators for Hyundai Elentra 2000 last September, one for right window, one for left. they mailed me two front regulators in about 1 month, and I returned to them. from then on, I called them once or twice every week. They always promised to deliver me the parts soon, and finally the package came this January, it turned out to be TWO REAR RIGHT ones! I can not believe it. I was charged twice by the auto shop for the labor of detaching and assembling the windows. When I called them and complained, they simply hang up my phone. one week later, I called them again and I asked them to fax me the call tag so that I could return one right regulator and they could deliver a left one. They always promised they would do that tomorrow, they never did. I called them once or twice every week, they were so busy that most of the time, I was left unattended for 20-30 minutes, sometimes, I was lucky enough to be able to speak to John, Karen and several other people for the call tag, every time, they would ask me the order number and senders address of the package, I kept repeating...I called my credit card company to complain, soon John called me and asked me the order number and senders address again. I was so pissed off that for the first time I hang up the phone.

Today, I called them and ask for the call tag, John said because I hang up the phone last time, I would never got the right regulator any more. Its so ridiculous! They charged me the money and hang me up several times

If you want to try whats the most terrible service, definitely try them!

Mr. Seng, I believe if you think about it, no one hung up on you. What was happening was that you did not want to be put on hold so you diconnected and called back. We have to ask the same infoemation every time you call as that is the only way to locate the information on your order. We tried very hard to take care of you but were not successful due to your not wanting to cooperate.
