THOROUGHBRED AUTO PARTS you'll get nothing and will never see your money again Gansevoort New York

I've ordered two auto parts from them. I called many times just to make sure these parts fit my car. Sure, famous Joyce took my order. The next day I've received an e-mail with the invoice for only one part. So, they charged my credit card for two parts. Then they charged me once more (additional shipping costs). Finally, three weeks after my body shop received one part and guess what? The incorrect one! We called them the same day and were promised everything would be taken care of. At the end of that week I called again just to check if everything was being taken care of I was convinced that the problem is almost solved, nothing to worry about, and Joyce even asked me why exactly I was calling. She was going to send a truck to pick up the incorrect part and send the new one. So, after two weeks we called again Nothing has been returned or sent, we are still waiting for the second part (after over a month) and now they are accusing us in ordering the wrong part. By the way, the part we've received is like 3 times cheaper than the ordered one. The next step I am calling my bank.

Why didn't I Google this company before ordering anything? I don't know. But give yourself a favor, save your time and money, DO NOT MAKE ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
