This company is ripoff. The customer service is horrible. I made two service call and it took 2 months to get technician first first call and it took 3 months for second call. Both calls where related to my two refrigerator. First one they said it can't be repaired and they will not replace it. Second refrigerator again same response that they can repair it and they will not replace it. I cancel my policy as they are very unprofessional. When I cancel it, they pro-rated it and also took charges for service call. They dedicated over $700. I could have bought new refrigerator in that amount. It is just waste of time, money and energy.

DO NOT TAKE WARRANTY FROM TOTAL HOME PROTECTION. You will loose your money and your valuable time.

total home protection refused to do anything for repair of air conditioning unit , they said that they had qualified and screened techs but they had no one and told methat it was up to me to find a contractor and have the contractor call them. i found a local contractor and did that and they said that they would not fix anything, they said read the fine print. i sendt hours on the phone very nasty people. this was a far cry from what the salesman tells you when you but the protection. this is one bad ripoff company and i am contacting the state insurance,they should not be allowed to operate in any state. my home protection in another state always fixed everything all i had to pay was a deductable of $60.00 stsy away from this one or you will find out the hard way like i did philadelphia pa PA
