Tracfone wireless faked me into buying a rigdy expensive phone that acts up, Internet

hi my name is...... but i went with safe link and tracfone wireless is their sponsor i was told if i dont like none of the safe link phones i could by my own tracfone personally and use it as a tracfone and so i did i brought the trackfone LG800G for 59.99$ at best buy and the first week of the new phone it had some glitches but i thought it was find because all new things have some glitches but 3 weeks passed and the phone has been acting up really bad(like calling people with out my consent or dialing or buying things

so i called tracfone and they gave me different codes to put in and i did so it didn't work so they said they will send me a new phone but with the same model and i said okay now the new phone i have the costumer service agent claimed it would be brand new and work properly 2 moths later the phone is back to acting up and saying service disabled but they fixed it and made me put codes in then the phone acts up again by when i click to turn the screen on it gos all black and make a clicking sound repdatley and the go to the home menu and the store on the phone worked and automatically one day just stop working and the costumer service agent made me do all these things with the phone but nothing worked 

so i talked to the manger and  he understood but said i cant get a different model of the phone but the model of the phone is the model of the phone that's acting up and i felt  like i started to get scammed because im getting a flip phone only for less money if i want a new model or get the same phone but newer and i didn't want it because i think that their scamming you if you have to pay for a new phone because of their manufacturing problems and that they should pay for it not me
