Tracfone Wireless Refund shipment fraud Miami and Manila Florida Manila

 Bought new Tracfone LG840G to update working older model. New phone didn't work in same conditions as old of same brand. Wasted 7 productive hours on tracfone's automated human-less system only to finally talk to reps in Manila unable to solve tracfone phone issues. So I asked for my old cell phone, that was working to be immediately reactivated and I wanted a refund for my new cell phone and all shipping costs involved to ship it back as well as all minutes purchased. As a result old cell phone could not be activated, new tracfone does not work, they said they would not refund minutes or shipping costs (!), and would only refund mew phone if shipped back to them. I am now without a phone and have a business trip tomorrow in a snowstorm with no cell phone because of Tracfone. I feel they have ripped me off and should be reimbursed at least $100 for defective new phone, shipping it back to them, and 200 minute card. I should also be reimbursed for a wasted 7 hours on the phone to Manila with their reps who were unable to fix issue, and for the stress of business trip in a snowstorm with no cell phone, as well as a loss of at least $5000 in business lost over the next few days unless a new SIM card comes so that my old phone can work again. Moral is: avoid tracfone, and their LG 840 G model. And their customer service and beware of their return policy.
