I purchased 4 tickets through Travelocity in July. We missed our flights and they were non refundable. I was given 4 credits which need to be used each by the party the ticket was issued to. On Dec. 2nd, 2009 I clld and made 2 reservations. I was given the credit plus charged a $200.00 penalty for @ ticket. We went over the new prices and I paid the difference of my 2 tickets with a new credit card which I specifically told them to use as I didn't want to use the one on file. They charged my account then later (4) I find another charge of $30.00. I immediately clld and was told that was a reissuesing fee so I accepted the charges and after all that I was told here would be a second $30.00 charge because it was 2 passengers.  Again I told them they could only use the new card and NOT the old one they had on file.

Today Dec. 11th, 2009 I get another charge of $54.80 on the old card this time by Delta Airlines. I clld Delta and was told it would actually be a second charge for the same around because they reissued the ticket. After all my explaining they referred me to Travelocity. Mind you this is my 4th call regarding this same flight.  They kept going around and around even though I had requested a supervisor until one finally came to the line. Again the whole story and it wasn't till I told this gent that his company had unlawfully disclosed my credit card number to a third party (Delta) and that it was unlawful to do so and they assure you theirs is a secure site did it make him listen to what I was telling him.

As it turns out they had actually overcharged $99.80 because they also used the second card number. Lets see how long this refund takes. DON'T due business with these people, pay the airline the extra $ for the ticket and save yourself the grief.
