Travelocity Changed the date of my flight Internet

I booked a ticket for a round trip to LAX. I carefully read back the dates and times to my husband before submitting, as I always do. I actually triple check.

on the date of the return flight, I noticed the ticket was for March 1, instead of February 1. travelocity could do nothing. American Airlines was great and helped me get it straightened out, but with a change fee, of course. 

What stunned me is that the AA reservations agent told me that this happens frequently with Travelocity. He said I should never book with them. They even waived the fee to make a telephone reservation. 

I am out $400 with no proof that I didn't make the mistake. American will allow you to correct a mistake like this if you catch it within 24 hours.
