I received an email offering $100 visa gift card IF I registered with two company offers. TriClear was one company that offered free product for 30 days, just pay shipping and handling of $6.95 which I authorized. October 4, 2007 my account was debited $69.95 and a non-sufficient funds fee of $32.00 was also debited for an overdrawn account due to unauthorized withdrawal. As of October 9, 2007 I have yet to receive the fruit of that labor!

Why don't you call their Customer Service at 800.494,7260?

I called their customer service after reading some of the posts on here. They answered within a minute, and I was able to get a refund because of their 30 day refund policy. Have you tried that? Seems like from the posts they are making on this site (the rebuttals) that they are willing to resolve the issues if you call them.

I called their customer service after reading some of the posts on here. They answered within a minute, and I was able to get a refund because of their 30 day refund policy. Have you tried that?
