I called their customer service after reading some of the posts on here. They answered within a minute, and I was able to get a refund because of their 30 day refund policy. Have you tried that? Seems like from the posts they are making on this site (the rebuttals) that they are willing to resolve the issues if you call them.

Please dismiss all these complaints as they reference the marketying chanel and the not the quality and wonderment of the product.
