I have no idea how this company happened upon my address or contact information but I received a "trial offer" from them today. Since I had no knowledge of this, I contacted their toll free number only to come across a snotty represenative who accused me of consenting to this "purchase."
I did some research on TriClear only to find that I apparently am not the first person this has happened to. I was told to return the free trial (which I DID NOT sign up for keep in mind) so that my credit card (which I DID NOT release any information about) wouldn't not be charged $69.95. Now, I have to pay shipping for a product I did not want or ask for.
If this has happened to anyone else, I would like to know more.
