Triclear what does it mean when they say free trial but the product isn't free! Triclear billed me for $69.95 and then would only refund $40 ripoff Suisun City California

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
they claimed a "free" trial, pay only the $6.95 S&H. then i was billed $69.95 when i inquired i was told that while the trial period is free the product is not. what the hell is that supposed to mean! when i asked for a refund Triclear would only give me $40. i protested and the person on the phone said the company didn't even have to do that because by not returning the "free trial product" i was aggreeing to buy.
IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT IS! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS
