They advertised 30 day trial free and only pay $6.95 for S & H. I then was billed for $69.95 on my credit card 2 weeks later. I didn't know the ripoff charge until I received credit statement.
I then contacted the customer service dept to question about the free trial advertising & cancel the offer only after 5 days from the day I received the second box - and was told that I could only get back $40.00 of $76.90 they had charged on my card on box #2.
This is outrageous, very deceptive & deceiving company! There are no terms and conditions showed on the "fine print" as I tried to looking for. This product is not free! Since the terms and conditions are on a separate link So that they think they can get away with this !!

When a free trial of TriClear is ordered, we offer 2 weeks (after delivery) to decide whether the customer would like to keep the order before accounts are billed. If during the 2 week trial period it is decided not to continue with TriClear the customer would need to contact us via our toll free number or the internet to cancel the subscription. This information is explained in the Terms and Conditions which are outlined at the time of order placement. We also have a check box that must be filled out stating the customer had read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions before the order could be processed.
Please contact our customer service department to cancel your subscription and return the product for a refund.
