while playing on my computer i accidentally contacted triclear and before i knew it i had accepted a free trial offer from them for a product i could have bought downtown for $3.00 they charged my creit card $69,95 for a little tube of skin care{i'm 70 years old and have no need for skin care}.
when i called to find out why they charged me for the free trial, they were rude and said i had not cancelled. i did cancel what i thought was the skin care product and was told by the person that it was cancelled, but triclear throws in a whole lot of other products during the same sales pitch, and i had apparently cancelled some one dollar items, but not the skin product.

Dear Carol,
When a free trial of TriClear is ordered, we offer 2 weeks (after delivery) to decide whether the customer would like to keep the order before accounts are billed. If during the 2 week trial period it is decided not to continue with TriClear the customer would need to contact us via our toll free number or the internet to cancel the subscription. This information is explained in the Terms and Conditions which are outlined at the time of order placement. We also have a check box that must be filled out stating the customer had read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions before the order could be processed.
Please contact our customer service department to cancel your subscription and return the product for a refund.
