so i signed up for a free trial, the trick that they use is advertising that you pay only $5.95 for shipping and handling. When you sign up you check a little box that says i agree to the terms and conditions, but where are the terms and conditions at? on a separate link my friends, very misleading since they lead you to believe that you are only paying $5.95 for the S&H, when infact 2-3 weeks later they will automatically charge $69.95+S&H, i was actually unaware that they had done it since i had not yet recieved the next credit card statement.
still unaware of the $69.95 charge to my credit card another box of this triclear is just sitting on my porch when i return from work, i personally was not impressed with this product to begin with, and wonder why im getting a second shipment since i only signed up for a 30 day trial, so i call the cust. service and was told i had agreed to this by checking the terms of agreement, and he then informed me of the $69.95 charge, and also informed me that there was now a second charge of $76.95 for 2nd shipment the man was very rude told me it was my problem and hung up on me, the other thing is that they say the S&H is $5.95 but on this box it is stamped $4.60 for the S&H. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!

I have checked this out at the website, and the terms are clear, giving you a chance to back out of the deal before committing to it. It is a 14 day trial, so yes, if within 2 weeks (14 days) you did not cancel, then sorry, you're obligated to keep your end of the deal whether you read the terms or not. It's no trick. The best advice I ever got was to always read the fine print. It's there for a reason.
I copied/pasted the terms here for reference purposes:
Purifying Cleanser 1 Try it FREE
Repairing Gel 1 Try it FREE
Revitalizing Cream 1 Try it FREE
Guide to Clear Skin 1 Try it FREE
Shipping and Processing $3.97
Total: $3.97
Terms and Conditions
Start your FREE trial today and well send you a full 30day supply of TriClear (Retail value $99.95). You have a full 14 days to try the product and discover why TriClear is the right acne treatment for you. If you enjoy the product, do nothing youll be billed the discounted price of just $69.95 at the end of your freetrial period you save over 30%! If for any reason you decide that TriClear is not the perfect acnefighting treatment for you, you may call tollfree at 1 (800) 4947260 any time during your 14 day freetrial period to cancel your FREE trial then, simply return the product (even if it is empty!) and you will NEVER be billed.
Plus, if you decide to keep TriClear, you will receive FREE acceptance in our Platinum Rewards Program and youll receive a new, onemonth supply of TriClear every 30 days at the same 30% discounted Platinum Rewards price of $69.95 (+ $3.97 S&P). No commitments, no hassles. You can cancel anytime!
Anyone who is investigating this before buying should not believe that it's a scam until you try it the smart way (ie read EVERYTHING first). The only thing I think is "scammy" about the company is that they don't list the full price before you try to order it. The full sale price is not clearly listed anywhere, and is vaguely listed, at best, in the terms (is it 99.95 or 69.95?). ProActiv is cheaper and the Store Brand alternatives are even cheaper. However, if TriClear really works then it's still way cheaper than bills from a dermatologist. Hope this was helpful, and sorry that you had that experience... I've done it before only to realize that it was really my fault for not paying attention.
