Value City Furniture Poor quality Charlotte North Carolina

At the end of December, 2011, we decided to replace an old chair and a half. We went to Value City, found a chair and a half to replace it and purchased it, taking the 6 months same as cash option. The chair was supposed to arrive in 4 to 6 weeks. At 6 weeks we received the first of many postponements. The chair finally arrived sometime in late April.

After a year I began to notice that the seating area was wearing unevenly. Now, a little more than a year and a half after delivery, I pulled the cushion out of the chair and find that part of the frame was never attached, The staples that were supposed to anchor that piece of frame are sticking through the fabric and tearing up the cushion.

This is the second short lived piece of furniture that was bought at Value City...........Never Again, I've learned my lesson!
