i luis reyes have been geting rip off for the pass 4 years from verizon  now on dec 28 ,2013 i decidide to make a stand i file sevarle compliant then at  last a mgr from verizon miss chapelin her name was said that she will help me was giving a new plan for all my troubles so i recived this letter from verizon from adress 158 state street  albany ny 12207 on jan 3, 2013 complaint from sharon bowers division  chief fcc 445 12 st , sw washington dc 20554 compliant from  luis reyes complaint # 12-coo450613 still having same issue my new triple plan at $99 with tax will be $ 114 came at $ 219 thanks verizon
