Verizon Superpages omitted my ad from the yellow pages. Rip-off! Dallas Texas

Verizon left my ad out of the yellow pages this issue. I have been doing business with them for about 5 years and they wanted me to upgrade but I just wanted to change two lines in the ad. I ended up dealing with three different people and was assured my ad would be in this issue. The last correspondence I had with them said that unless I wanted to make any more changes there was nothing else I had to do.

I also retired esrly from the Post Office Oct. 31, 2003 to devote more time to my driving school which the ad was supposed to be for. Two weeks after I retired the phone books were delivered and imagine that sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach when I saw that my ad was not in there.

When I called them they said it was a computer error and there was nothing they could do and they weren't liable for anything.

I have a lawyer in Dallas that is looking into this and I want to know who else this has happened to. We are contemplating a class action. Let me know if you want to join me. It won't cost you anything and might give you some recourse as well.
