They have the audacity to put down that I have a past due account with them. Not only have I NEVER had an account, they REFUSED to send me a copy of a SIGNED contract. (This is aparantly for cellular service?) I have a TracFone, and I have only ever had prepaids. The one I had before TracFone was the one that d**k Clark used to advertise.

I have tried to get this off of my report now for 7 years! Good thing to know: check the statute of limitations for how long a bill can be collected in your state. They can't try and get anything after that date. you can find that at bank rate dot com

Verizon Communications, Inc. Offered promotions (X Box X Series and $200 gift card) in exchange for signing up for 5g home internet. Failed to provide the promotions despite repeated phone calls to customer service and gours on the phone. Promised that promotions wpuld be delivered to my home on particular day but never arrived. When I called to inquire about the delivery, Verizon claomed tp have no record pf the phone call. Each time I call customer service I have to start all over again. I have called more than 6 times.
