walmart money card removed money from my card ,have called numerous times to specialist an supervisor always to be given a different answer ,the money was supposed to be put on a hold pattern  they requested a release form from lugz shoes which stated that i was denied on their site so no funds were touched ,said walmart had no right to do this ,walmart says the money will be returned in 2wks . but prior to that statement one supervisor ,the first one put one hold back on instantly ,to make a very long story short  10 specialists ,10 supervisors later ,having to explain this story to each an every one of them .hours upon hours on the phone .
