They are the worst company in the world to deal with. This company employs nothing but a bunch of uneducated mexicans/hispanics with broken english who are rude, make threats, harass and hang up on you, and half the time don't answer the phone. Their supervisors including Yvonne Ibarra(at ext seven two six six) and Diego are rude and stupid. The overall manager is Timo Saarela(at ext three zero two four)They need to be put out of business. I bought a car at the end of July from a shitty dealer who went out of business. My engine died after a month of getting the car and it has been sitting at a mechanic ever since. Westlake's ignorant staff told me they could pay to fix the car but only if I made my past due payment first, I could not do that. Of course they would add any repair $$ onto my loan. They said I was approved and were supposed to call my mechanic to get his W9 info to pay him, they never did. They kept harassing me about getting caught up and being very nasty and sarcastic. They keep threating to repo the car but they haven't. I made my first payment a week before it was due yet they act like they can't work out some plan with me so that I don't have to let it go. I have called 18 TIMES today and the dumb employees still can't comprehend how to transfer a call. They can pick up their f***in car because I am not dealing with rude a*s dirty disgusting mexicans who probably don't know basic math or how to wipe their a*s, hence the smell they all have. F*** this company and its illegal workforce. File a report with the BBB immediately, I know I am!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry, but I have a car loan with Westlake and I also do not like their customer service agents.  I had to go through them because I do not have any credit, so I'm considered as a high risk loan. If you would spend more time focusing on bettering yourself, you wouldn't have to focus on being so racist.  Also, if you aren't able to pay your bills you wouldn't have to deal with us Mexican people, you witch. And just because you didn't take the time to have the car you  purchsed checked out properly, you still have to pay your car note, you stupid a**. 

Maybe the smell that you are smelling is coming from your dirty, size 18 a**!!! Don't get mad at Mexicans because you white people are becoming a minority. Also, why would you expect for a car loan company to pay to fix your car for free??? They give out car loans to finance the purchase of the car, not to take care of the expense of taking care of the car. Also, if you were better educated, you would be able to have a better career, and then you would have a nicer income so that you wouldn't have to purchase your car from a "sh*tty dealer".

Smokescreen!

The OP gives the REAL REASON for the BOGUS report at the end...the OP is behind on their payments. All the rest is a smokescreen designed to deflect that fact. They don't like the collection efforts so they are coming up with all sort of BS to hide the real reason.

Westlake Financial Services was found guilty of myriad corrupt and illegal practices resulting in a $3.1 million damage award against the company. Their staff has repeatedly proven themselves unprofessional, incompetent, abusive and deceitful. Westlake Financial has amply demonstrated its lack of ethics and low standards, while you've exposed yourself as an ill-bred, hateful and ignorant bigot. One is no better than the other.

It's All About Race... Probably

These tipos may have been showing their own brand of race hatred when they showed you the awful "service." Ever hear the term "pinches gringos"? "Americanos pendejos"? If you think some Hispanics don't wallow in racial hatred or don't want to admit it, then you either are an ostrich or a deliberate subversive who wants this country to be flushed down into the ghetto sewer.

My ex is Mexican and my sons are half Hispanic so I know a little about "la raza." There are some Hispanics I really like and am glad to count as friends, but I won't make allowances or excuses for white trash, so I sure won't do it for invading, felony-commiting, identity-thieving foreign criminals... the ones Mexico is glad to be rid of, by the way. We try to stop them coming in and el Presidente screams bloody murder. But if we tried to attract Mexico's intelligent, cultured and educated, watch what he says then: "Bandidos americanos! They want to steal all our talent." LOL

We need quality immigrants in this country whether from South of the border or elsewhere... people who come here to contribute to the greater good of their adopted country, not those who come here to rape, steal, knife, and throw their excrement on the floor of our restrooms to show their contempt for us. "Take that you gringo cabrn."

Unfortunately its sad to agree to the report being hispanic myself and also in the customer service field I have to agree with everything you said these people seem to have no idea of how customer service works, seem all to be out of bad uneducate background (because of the way the talk to u) , I mean disgusting and upsetting to deal with this company do what I did ignore them its ridiculous what their doing and specially how their getting away with it, Ive seen all these reports against this company and nothing is being done...

You have obviously had problems with that company if you are reading my report. I don't have customer service issues with people who speak fluent English without an accent; I also have never had such trouble with another company. What a coincidence that a company that employs these kind of people is the one that gives me loads of trouble? These people barely learned English but clearly have not learned a thing about customer appreciation. It's clear what ethnicity you fall under. Anything further from you is irrelevant.

What does the nationality/ethnicity of those who work for this organization have to do with your complaint?

If they were Caucasian and spoke The King's English, would their tactics be acceptable?
