Who You ARE Dealing With

Lets get this straight.....
You aren't dealing with "customer service"...you're dealing with BILL COLLECTORS. Customer service went out the window when YOU threw it out the window by not making your payments on time.
Oh yes, let me save you the effort, don't bother typing "you must work for them...because I don't!

You failed to honor the terms of the loan agreement so now you want to sue the lender because they refuse to alter those terms. Well, not on this planet.

Typical Subprime Borrower

You have proven why you are with a "SubPrime" lender and will probably be with one for years to come.
You seem to fail to understand one thing, until you pay off the ENTIRE balance the car is not yours, and they have a right to Reposess it at any time, yes even if you owe $1. You say that they are not "working with you"...WRONG. They actually had a right to reposess your car as soon as you became delinquent on the $1400. You should probably rephrase that to say "They won't do what I want them to do".
It is amazing the number of "deadbeats" that come here to complain about being "harassed" about non-payment who claim to work(or have worked) in Collections. They always seem to miss one very important part...they OWE the money and there are different rules for third party collection agencies compared to original creditors. They also seem to be under the impression that the company MUST do what ever they want, yet then get upset when the company tries to hold them to the LEGAL agreement they signed. Of course if you can find a provision in your loan agreement that says you only had to make a payment when you could, you may have a case. But I can guarantee you that there is no such provision.
These same people always seem to have all the money in the world to find an attorney who is going to sue the company. Yet they can't seem to find the money to just pay their bill. Or let me take guess you have a friend/attorney who you are going to get for free.
What exactly do you think will happen when you sue them? If the car hasn't been reposessed by then it will be. And if you think the judge will buy the "Well they didn't work with me" excuse..you better think again.
Oh and one final thing, a "Customer" who doesn't pay their bills is not a customer.
