westlake finacial is a ripp off automotive loan company ,,, i got a loan threw them july of 2006 ... and currently in the last 8 mnths of my loan ... i was late on my payments due to nasty divorce ... anyways they repo the car and didnt notify me or allow me to get my personal bellongins out ... i called westlake to get full pst due amount andrepo fee amount so i could pay it and they said as soon as they recieve payment they will return my car to me. the same day three hours later i payed my car payment past due and repo fee amount in full in a moneygram ( money order) andthen i called westlake with my reciept number and asked where my car was ... then he told me he needed proof of insurance before i could get my car back... so i called my insurance company and they faxed them a copy of my insurace card and policy the next morning .... i called westlake back after i had confirmation from my insurance company that westlake recieved proof of my car insurance... and asked for my car then the westlake rep said he needed proof of employment , 10 references a copy of my phone bill and proof of residence faxed to them before they would tell me who had my car or return it to me... so igot all this additional information faxed to them by kinkos with a recieve recipt that westlake recieved it called them back and talked to the rep and he said he never recieved it so then i refaxed the information again ...and tried to call back in the morning ,,well the rep that was handling my account wasnt answering his phone i was put on hold 6 times at 15 minutes each time then finally haging up and calling back finally the rep answered and talked to at 12 noon when he said he has recieved the fax and then i asked if he had everything that they needed to give me my car back and he said yes ( daniel) rep for westlake i asked for where my car was im paid in full proof of insurance references proof of employment residence , pay stubb everything they hjave asked i told him i want my car .. he said yes you have and i have to wait for his suporviser to approved if they will give me my car back... so i have been scammmed even though you pay in full pay repo fees and give them all the crap the request to be faxed .. they still may not give you your car back i have been calling and calling every hour to find out if i have been approved and when i tell them my name and acct number they just put me on a never ending hold or they just hangup.........someone please help ........
