Yext Has incorrect listings for our company online and refuses to fix or remove them Internet

Thank you for leaving your feedback. We understand your concern, but hope that we can clear up a few misconceptions in terms of how our services operate. 

If you are not a customer of Yext's, we cannot control or update any information about your business as we do not have access to the business' location information. Inaccuracies in business data can be caused by multiple sources on the web, and unfortunately can change listing data. This is most likely how information about your business got changed on sites like Yahoo and CitySearch. We actually allow businesses to control this information through our Location Cloud technology. 

We initially partnered with sites like Yahoo to save their listings programs by taking over the verification process. Yahoo is ultimately the final decision maker when it comes to their listings. Yext is doing our part to help them maintain free claims and data quality standards. However, we do not have control over what listings are created, edited, or removed from their site. 

There are free options to claim and manage listings directly through sites like Yahoo and CitySearch and we would be happy to speak with you and send you information about how to access this information. We'd also love to speak with you further about our services and clear up any other misconceptions into how our services work and hopefully provide you with a clearer picture of Yext.
