Around August 18th I called At & T about porting 2 lines and internet for my small business.

I signed a contract for basic service; two lines at @$30 each and for 6.0 meg for the internet for $30. All these would be around $90 plus tax.

The order was taken by one of their supervisors Mr. Nickolas Boddie. He sent me the contract and I signed as we agreed. His direct number is 1-877-377-8501.

The two numbers and the internet were installed according to contract; nothing more and nothing less.

Installation was done on Sept. 15th and the service started the said date. When the first bill arrived, it was billed from Sept 2 to Sept 13th 2011! Dates BEFORE THE SERVICE EVEN STARTED!

Numerous calls were made to amend this bill. Being billed from Sept2 to when service started (Sept.15) is overbilling by 13 days!

The second bill arrived for $411.85 Internet was stated for $215.58 and telephone $175 Plus AT T long distance $21.27.

I contacted Nicholas Boddie at 1-877-377-8501 and has left messages with Aron Thompson and Brigett Burn and they have promised that Mr. Boddie will call or a manager. TO DATE NO CALLS.

HOW DOES AT T go from $90 monthly + tax to $411? HOW DO THEY explain ignoring a customer's request to amend a bill? OR just as bad not returning any of the customer's calls?

I DO HOPE THAT MANY CITIZENS AND SMALL BUSINESS WHO READS THIS REPORT WILL RUN FROM AT T AND NICHOLAS BODDIE, ARON THOMSON AND BRIGETT BURN WHEN THEY TRY TO INDUCE US INTO THEIR MISLEADING AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES! RUN! RUN! RUN! I BELIEVE AT T IS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF AND IT IS TIME FOR A MAJOR CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT THEY ARE JUST AS DISHONEST IT SEEMS AS THOSE ADELPHIA SPEARHEADS YEARS AGO, I BELIEVE THEY ARE AN EVEN WORSE SCUM BAGS!

  I know that this report is true,how does AT&T change their billing record? how do they change settings to online accounts? and how do they seem to be able to track your movements online? I filed with the FCC, maybe hey will find out.
