AuraVie Order Free Trial as advertised--Ripoff of 97.88 monthly on credit card Van Nuys California

 Ordered a Free Trial of AuraVie products (ad was a small block on the side of an internet page I was viewing)....pay shipping and handling of 4.97 and receive free trial product.  Spoke with customer service, and she answered "no" you will not automatically be charged monthly and product sent...ordered in March.  Received product...no other product arrived....looked at my credit card in April and I was charged 97.88 for March and April.  Called company and they hung up on me when I told them why I was calling.  Called Bank and they disputed charges and refunded my credit card.  Today, May 27...arrived home to find product in my mail box--Auravie product--called bank and they refunded amount.  Called AuraVie company and they finally refunced April amount, will refund May amount if I return product.  But will not refund March amount (97.88) as the terms and conditions state if not returned within 10 days, then you will be charged full amount.  They also want me to arrange a conference call with my bank and themselves so they can clearly explain terms and conditions.  When I ordered I never saw terms and conditions.  This is a scam...scam....irreputable company.  Darlene from Louisville, KY
