Centurylink Fraud based charges Butler Tennessee

Signed up on Feb 19th 2015, was told that high speed internet would be $34.95/mo with autopay which they would set up. I'm current Military and don't have much time to deal with billls so this seemed like a great option. Looked at my checking account today and noticed that I hadn't been charged the for the first or second month of service, called them to find out why...

VERY, VERY rude Cust Rep told me my account balance was $152.28 and refused to give me a line by line explanation of charges. I told him when I signed up that I was told that there were "no hidden fee's or activation fee" and that $34.95 a month for two months should only be $69.90...

Told me that my balance was $152.28 and if I didn't pay I would be turned over to collection. I stated that I wanted to close my account due to FRAUD on THEIR part and that I would pay the $69.90 which i owed for service.

I was then told that I would owe another $200 as an early cancelation fee bringing my bill for two months of internet to a whooping $352.28!! At NO TIME was a cancelation fee mentioned before today.

These people are out & out LYING, STEALING CRIMINALS!!
