Centurylink DeceptivBilling Practice Phoenix Nationwide

Without notice, this company will randomly bill your account at a significantly higher rate than your normal bill.  When you contact customer service to dispute the higher charges,  they inform you that an alleged promotional rate has ended, even though you have been paying the full rate.  They state that they will apply a credit to your account, and bring the bill back to the original rate for the next billling cycle, but only if you commit to an additional 12 months service.  They also refuse to mail paper statements.  Here's the scam:  they still insist that you pay the jacked up rate for your current bill,  or they will charge you yet an additional $7.00 in late fees for not paying the higher rate.  This is deceptive practice and fraud and should be lawfully halted.  They are randomly collecting additional fees for the same service.
