I ordered computer memory RAM totaling $260 on amazon prime. The next day i received a package with a bag of whey in it. No RAM. I reported it and was asked to send back the package. I sent it and over the next two weeks repeatedly attempted to address the issue via Chat and every time the chat was terminated prematurely by the customer service rep saying thanks for your patience. Now when i log in it says my refund cannot be processed with no explanation and i still cannot get a customer service rep to help me.
