Amazon - did not deliver my purchase, no photo proof, refused refund or replacement Internet

Came back home all my orders were here except for my Paintless dent repair order with 101 pieces. It is the one item I don't have a picture for as proof of delivery. Amazon told me too bad so sad they're keeping my money and they're not sending me anything. I want my account closed. I never wanna deal with these people again. It's outrageous that they would expect me to pay for something that I have not received refused to give me any proof refused to refund my money so I'm going to be disputing it with my bank. Sorry in America. We get what we pay for. They are not keeping my money. Customer service out of the country too. I'm sick of that!
