Notice of disputed Amazon charge to order #114-3945752-8735465 in the amount of $277.26 on April 21, 2025 with seller gong2 (item shipped from China and I believe I was scammed).

I placed an order on Amazon, not realizing that I was purchasing from someone out of the country, from China.   I didn’t realize this until after I placed my order and received notification that it “shipped” and that the seller noted it shipped with E邮宝 .

Since there was no real tracking information, other than the Tracking ID number ZC00561753799 that was provided, I decided to google and see if I could find some sort of tracking information so that I could at least see when it transfers through customs and then be able to track with a USA tracking.  That is when I was able to locate this site with the full tracking info:  https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/ZC00561753799

The China delivery site populated saying it was delivered on April 26th. WE NEVER RECEIVED IT. The first thing that caught my attention was that it said it cleared CUSTOMS in Cocoa, FL. Cocoa is a small city and there is NO CUSTOMS!  I wrote to Amazon numerous times and keep getting the same canned response that we have to wait until after May 26th because the ETA date on the Amazon website says May 20th. I even sent the tracking proof that I found online as well as a saved full pdf of the entire shipping process to show that we were scammed.  Obviously, Amazon doesn’t vet their sellers, and their seller has managed to scam me out of $277.26.   Nothing has been received, yet the online tracking site is saying they delivered the item on April 26, 2025.   We keep trying to get a resolution to this matter, but no one wants to verify the link or review the full tracking scan of what I pulled from online.

Something else, I have never had a delivery from out of the county shipped and received it at my door within 5 days.

Amazon has a rule on their website that the vendor must reply to all inquiries within 48 hours.   We have written the seller twice and never received a response.   We brought that to Amazon’s attention as well and they turned a blind eye to it.

Attached is a printed out copy from the above-mentioned link so you can view the entire tracking history.

I would appreciate it if someone from your office would be able to assist as this is extremely frustrating and at this point, all I want is my money returned to me so I can go to Home Depot or Lowes and order the dog digging fence barrier.
