an amazon truck backed out of the driveway across the street and into our curbside mailbox post. it was knocked out usps compliance so it had to be fixed so we could get mail delivery. after 10 days of questions from and photos to amazon   claims they denied the claim because I was not able to get the license plate from the truck as it sped away.

 they said "We do not have any evidence to show that Amazon was the direct cause."

since we were not expecting it to happed I was not standing there with a camera to film the event. I know they did it and they know they did it. so we are left with a bill for $150 to dig out and replace the post.
