Complaint Review: American Home Shield -
Its been over 3 months since the claim was filed. The first company (AG APPLIANCE REPAIR, (714) 850-9022) was sent out and diagnosed a faulty display board. They let me know a new one had to be ordered but after a few weeks they let me know that American Home Shield (AHS) closed the service request and did not approve the repair.
The second company (PREMIER APPLIANCE SERVICES, (949) 608-1656)) was sent out and diagnosed a faulty display board, again. They let me know a new one had to be ordered but after a few weeks they let me know that American Home Shield (AHS) closed the service request again and did not approve the repair. I have called at least 20 times and spoke to generally oversees customer service representative that seem to be reading from a script. It clear that AHS does not want to honor their insurance policy that we have purchased.
