B&H sold us used defective batteries then blamed us for fraud. They eventually took the items back and promised a full refund back to our card, but then decided not to follow through with it. They also faught the dispute we filed with AMX and submitted documents stating we never sent the items back to them.
B&H also said they sent the batteries back to us but Fedx doesn't have a signature on record. They are also fighting us filng a claim with Fedx and won't assist. Every phone call has been recorded since our purchase as well as chat logs which clearly prove B&H took advantage of our company and had never planned on returning our money after sending them back the product. We've purchased close to $400k and they are willing to through our relationship away for $318. Sad.

We regret the customer's dissatisfaction. On 01/08/19 the customer ordered two DJI TB50 Intelligent Flight Batteries. On 02/25/19 we issued return authorization but the batteries we received were not the batteries we had shipped.
The batteries were shipped back to the customer. FedEx reports they were delivered 2/28/2019. The customer then filed two chargebacks, both of which we disputed and which were ultimately rejected by his credit card company. The customer is not eligible for a refund and none will be given. -- Henry Posner / B&H Photo-Video
