This company has worst service I have ever seen (which boasts itself as a good long distance provider). Their customer reps do not have correct knowledge and training to speak to the customers.

When I signed up your prepaid service I told their sales rep that I do not want automatic recharge on my account and I wanted to try the service. However, I found the service pathetic with frequent call disconnections and and quick account credit depletion with calls charged that were not even connected. I decided to cancel but to my surprise when I used up my credit amount, my account was automatically recharged and billed to my credit card. When I called the customer service they told me that my account was put to automatic recharge (without my permission). Anyways, I agreed to use the next amount and I told them that I do not want this service anymore. When I used up the second amount (and there was supposed to be atleast 2 dollars left) based on the last call I made, to my surprise again the account was recharged because the last call was charged at $4.0 instead of $1.90(another ripping). Yesterday (may 23 2005), I called the customer rep again and told him the whole situation, he told me to call customer rep again the next day (what do they think that we have ample time available for these stupid calls?) . When I called today again, instead of helping the supervisor (who by the way had no sense how to deal with customers) he suggested me to use the account again!!! and call back for cancelling when it is below $5 (what do they think we are just stupid, calling again and again for what was their mistake). I do not understand why all these things were not told to me in the first place and on top of that instead of helping customers your customer service is freaking them out.

and when I tried to report this through their website, even the "contact us" was broken... liars and thiefs
