99 Santa Don't Order From This Company Internet

I placed an order for a item on 99 Santa after seeing the ad on Facebook.  This order was placed on 12/3/16.  I paid thru Paypal.  My confirmation email said it would take 5-7 days to ship.  I received a message thru Facebook confirming my order & telling me to contact them thru this message for any questions.

On 12/12/16, I sent a messge asking when my item would ship.  No, answer.  On 12 13/16 I contacted a Florence Scovel, the person who received my money.  I received an email back telling me to contact a different company that they had nothing to do with my order.  I then contacted info@ramadeals.com per Florence Scovel.  On 12/16/16 I received a reply stating that because of a high volume of orders, my orde would take another 5-9 business days to ship.  I told them this was unacceptable because this was a Christmas present & that I'd like a refund.  I was told the order was being processed & could not be refunded but that I could refuse the package when it comes & when they get it back they would credit the money back to me.

On 12/23/16, I received an email saying my order has shipped.  I tried tracking the order but right now it just shows that it was shipped.

These people took forever to answer my emails if at all.  I have little hope that I will receive my item.  DO NOT ORDER from this company.
