99 Santa Outside Xmas Light/strobe Internet

I ordered a multicoloured strobe light in November & they promised it would arrive before Xmas. It arrived just after xmas. Plugged it in, after confirming it was suitable for outdoor & the correct voltage.

The light lasted 10 mins & then failed.

I emailed the company & they responded by asking for a video to show the problem. A few days later the confimred they would send me a replacement, but would take a couple of weeks & they did not want the old unit sendning back.

Every two weeks since then I have sent emails requesting an update. Initially it was been packaged. Then it was been sent to shippers. Fpor the last 2 months they claim it has been shipped, but cant provide a tracking number.

I have since requested that they cancel the order & refund my credit card, but all those emails are ignored.

If they cant provide a shipping number then they cant prove it was shipped so must be able to refund me.
