99 Santa sent a Blue Tooth Adapter that did not work West Seneca New York

I ordered a "Blue Tooth Adapter" from this company.
Their web site says, "In-Stock and Ships within 24-hours, Fast Delivery - Average Within 2-4 business days, 96% reviewers recommend this product, 100% Money Back Guarantee."
All of that is a lie.
It does not ship within 24-hours nor will you receive it within 2-4 businjess days.
It ships from China in about 2-weeks and takes more than 4-weeks to receive.
Also, the unit did not work.
The buttons one pushes to set the frequency to match a radio station that your music from your phone can be sent to your radio on do not work. Instead of a radio frequency it reads instead, "U00" through "U23".
The radio frequency the unit is stuck on is "88.0".
In the USA we have odd numbered radio stations. For example: 88.1, 88.3, 88.5, 88.7. and 88.9...but we have no 88.0 in the USA. 
Even numbered stations are solely for Europe and Asia.
Also, you will not get a refund.
I have sent email messages to them on their site and also on Face Book. I have received no answers at all from them.
This unit is completely useless and you will nhot get your money back.
Save yourself some frustration and move on.
These types of units are avilable all over the place in many many stroes in the U.S. and if they do not work you can sinmply take them back.
