American Home Sheild ripoff THEY DO NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR GUARNTEE OF REPLACING THE EQUIPTMENT WHEN NEEDED. Orlando Indiana

Once again for the sixth time I report same problem on the same air conditioning unit failing to work again. I have completed every request ASH has asked me to provide. Still they refuse to replace the faulty unit. I have had other air conditioning companies inspect the equipment and they report the unit is over thirty (30) years old according to the printed information attached to the unit and it is worn out and needs to be replaced.

I have spent over $200 in service calls on this same unit and I'm tired of hearing their same old tired line of the repair company has to tell them the unit needs to be replaced. When I have had three (3) different comanies service the unit, and they all report to me that the unit needs to be replaced but American Home shield tells me they haven't had the same reports.

Do we all not live in the same country with the same standards? AMERICAN HOME SHEILD WANTS TO SELL SERVICE CONTRACTS AND THEY WANT ME TO HONER MY PART OF THE AGREEMENT BUT THEY DO NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR GUARNTEE OF REPLACING THE EQUIPTMENT WHEN NEEDED.
